What is Xtreme Luge?
Xtreme Luge is a four-season alpine coaster located in La Rosière (Savoie, France).
The track features around 700 meters of downhill riding and 300 meters of automatic uphill lift, with speeds of up to 45 km/h, fully controlled by the rider.

Can you ride alone or with someone else?
Yes, you can ride alone or in tandem, depending on the age, height, and weight of the participants.

From what age can children ride the luge?
The activity is accessible from the age of 2. Children under 1.25 m must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the price for one ride?
1 ride: €10

Are there multi-ride passes?
Yes:
• 5 rides: €45
• 10 rides: €75

Do you offer discounted rates?
Yes, special rates may be offered during night rides or special events, depending on the period.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards, cash, and French holiday vouchers (Chèques-Vacances).

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of exceptional closure due to weather conditions.

What happens if I lose my ticket?
Lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Do online tickets need to be printed?
No, showing your ticket on a smartphone is sufficient.

During the summer season, Xtreme Luge is generally open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Yes, the automatic lift is included in the price of the ride.

Can I film the ride?
Yes, with a GoPro or a securely fixed phone. Holding a device in your hand during the ride is not allowed.

Is there a risk of collision?
No, provided safety distances and staff instructions are respected.

Is the braking system safe?
Yes, each luge is equipped with a double braking system, checked daily.

Can two adults ride together?
Yes, provided the total weight is within the authorized limits and both riders feel comfortable.

Is the activity suitable for pregnant women?
No, the activity is not recommended for pregnant women.

How should I dress?
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Depending on the weather: sunglasses, a windproof jacket, and sunscreen are recommended.

Does the luge operate in the rain?
Yes, except in cases of heavy rain or severe weather.

What about snow?
The activity may operate in snowy conditions but can be temporarily closed for safety or maintenance reasons.

What happens in case of weather-related closure?
